Refunds & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchanges for change of mind or making a wrong decision.
A refund or exchange will only be offered if goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from a sample shown to you.
If this is the case AND you have a receipt showing valid proof of purchase, and it is within 28 days of the original purchase date, you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit voucher.
How will I know if you’ve received my order?
You will be notified by email once your order has been received. Ensure you check your junk folder.
How long will my order take to be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. They will then be available for collection in store (if you have selected ‘Collect in Store’) or shipped according to your selected shipping option.

Collection and Delivery
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! If you would like to pick your book up from Acro Kids at 6 Sophie Crt, Mornington, select ‘Collect in Store’ as your Preferred Shipping Option. There is no charge for this option.
What are the Shipping Options?
1. Regular Post
Our parcels are sent via regular Australia Post (tracked).
AU$10 (flat rate) postage charge for all purchases. This will calculate automatically when you select ‘regular post’ as your shipping option at the Checkout.
Delivery Australia wide, usually within 7 business days (depending on your location). Please note that due to the Covid 19 pandemic there may be delays with normal delivery times.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please visit https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and enter your tracking number to see where your parcel is in the delivery process.
By purchasing a product online and choosing to have your order posted, you agree not to hold Confident Kids and Teens liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame. Once items are lodged with Australia Post, Confident Kids and Teens cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endeavour to track orders where possible. If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to assist you further. For more information about deliveries visit www.auspost.com.au
2. Collect in Store
We will contact you once your order has been processed and is ready for collection.
Visit us at Acro Kids, 6 Sophie Court, Mornington during regular trading hours to collect your purchases. These hours will be confirmed when we contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection.
How long will my order take to arrive?
‘Collect in Store’ orders will generally be available for collection in store 1-2 business days after processing. We will contact you to advise when they are ready for collection. Please check your junk mail folder as our notification emails can sometimes end up in there.
Items shipped via Australia Post will usually arrive within 7 business days (depending on your location). Please use your tracking number to determine the status of your parcel before contacting us with an enquiry.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, but we will make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner and keep you informed of any delays.
